Проблеми проектування сервісів і технологій хмарних обчислень належать до першочергових у сфері інформатизації. Про це свідчить ряд урядових ініціатив різних країн та прийняття міжнародних документів, таких як «Федеральна стратегія щодо хмарних обчислень» ("Federal Cloud Computing Strategy"), оприлюднена у лютому 2011 року, Європейська стратегія «Вивільнення потенціалу хмарних обчислень в Європі» ("Unleashing the potential of cloud computing in Europe"), висунута у 2012 році та інших, згідно яких хмарні обчислення визнано пріоритетним напрямом технологічного розвитку.
The problems of designing services and cloud computing technologies belong to the priority in the field of information. This is evidenced by a number of government initiatives in different countries and the adoption of international instruments such as the "Federal strategy on cloud computing» ("Federal Cloud Computing Strategy"), published in February 2011, the European strategy of "Unleashing the potential of cloud computing in Europe» ("Unleashing the potential of cloud computing in Europe "), launched in 2012, and others are under cloud computing a priority recognized technological development. |
