У статті представлено поняття політики через її розкриття у двох значеннях: а) як загальний природно-історичний процес організації суспільного життя в якості держави та її інститутів (не тільки політичних), політичних відносин, інститутів громадянського суспільства; б) в якості котрольно-регулятивної системи, яка скеровує життя соціуму в цілому, діяльність і відносини суспільних груп, верств, класів, націй, країн, людства в цілому (запобігання глобальним конфліктам, встановлення цивілізованого світопорядку тощо). Зазначається, що у цих двох значеннях політика взаємодіє з економікою, мораллю, релігією і т. д., інколи виходить на перший план (революції, війни, докорінні реформи) і скеровує цю взаємодію. Ця роль політики обумовлена трьома її властивостями: універсальністю механізмів, всеохоплюючим характером, здатністю впливати на будь-які сторони практичного життя суспільства, держави, людини. Доведено, що руйнування ідеології як раціональної конструкції відбувається досить легко, а ось її міфологічні корені продовжують існувати століттями. Проаналізовано взаємодію політики і міфу, політики і політичних ідеологій, політики і влади. Запропоновано авторське визначення політики.
The paper presents the concept through its disclosure policy in two ways: a) as a general natural historical process of social life as the state and its institutions (not just political), political relations, civil society institutions; b) as kotrolno-regulatory system that directs the life of society as a whole, the activities and relationships of social groups, strata, classes, nations, countries, humanity as a whole (prevention of global conflict, establishing civilized world order, etc.). It is noted that these two meanings policy interacts with the economy, morality, religion, and so on. E., Sometimes comes to the fore (revolution, war, radical reform) and directs this interaction. This role is due to the policy of three properties: versatility mechanisms, comprehensive nature, the ability to influence any practical aspects of society, state rights. It is proved that the destruction of ideology as rational design is fairly easy, but its mythological roots survive for centuries.
