Description У статті обґрунтовано педагогічний коучинг як інноваційну технологію науково-методичного супроводу, яка сприяє підвищенню якості підготовки, перепідготовки та підвищенню кваліфікації керівних і педагогічних кадрів освіти, формуванню у них педагогічної дії нової якості, здатності неперервно навчатися протягом усього життя. Описано процедури, моделі, метатехнології педагогічного коучингу, форми проведення коуч-занять.
In the article the Pedagogical coaching as an innovative technology scientific and methodological support that improves the quality of training, retraining and advanced training of teaching personnel management and education, formation of their pedagogical impact of a new quality, the ability to continually learn throughout their lives. Described procedures, models, meta-pedagogical coaching forms of employment.
