In the article the problem of infrastructure of the institution as facility management factor and improve the quality of education to meet the educational needs of the population. Designated general scientific context of the concept, its social, culture-and the pedagogical, administrative aspects, underlined the novelty of the concept of infrastructure for education. The principles of infrastructure management, described components. Practical recommendations for the development of infrastructure of the institution in terms of reforming education and state and public administration. |
