Наведено короткий огляд проблематики маркетингу освітніх установ та освітніх послуг. Показано, що в сучасних умовах швидких змін на ринках праці та освіти, а також зміні усталених парадигм освіти неможливо забезпечити ефективне функціонування освітніх установ без комплексних маркетингових заходів. Розглянуто прояви все більш зростаючої ролі інтернет інструментів в позиціонуванні та просуванні освітніх установ і необхідність переходу від "інтернет присутності" до "інтернет просуванню". В якості приватного прикладу інструментів інтернет маркетингу розглянуті інтерактивні, знову виводяться на ринок, сервіси "Самоаудітт комплексу маркетингу освітнього закладу" http://testportal.org.ua/audit001 і серевіс "Find Your Study" http://fiyost.com.ua , що дозволяє освітнім установам істотно спростити доступ потенційних учнів до інформації про своїх освітніх пропозиціях.
A brief review of the problems of marketing of educational institutions and educational services. It is shown that in today's rapidly changing labor markets and education, as well as changing the established paradigms of education is impossible to ensure the effective functioning of educational institutions without integrated marketing activities. Manifestations of the ever-increasing role of online tools in positioning and promotion of educational institutions and the need to move from "online presence" to "online promotion."
