У статті представлено короткий аналіз проблеми залучення дітей та молоді з особливими потребами до позашкільної освіти; наведено актуальні моделі та приклади практичної реалізації задач. This paper presents a brief analysis of the involvement of children and young people with special needs to after-school education. It emphasizes that creation of enabling socio-cultural, social and educational conditions for social integration of children and youth with special needs is one of the important aspects of social pedagogy. In addressing these problems an important role is played by afterschool education, which is an institution of socialization of children and young people with great social and educational potential. Ukraine has an extensive network of after-school education (1500 educational institutions and 638 youth sports schools), where more than 1.5 million children are taught. These institutions pay considerable attention to working with socially disadvantaged children, to educational, organizational and mass activity involving children «at risk», children and young people with special needs. The article outlines the conventional model involving children and young people with special needs to adult education: engaging children to learn in creative associations; cooperation with extracurricular school institutions for children with disabilities, joint activities, projects, programs; organization of special educational institution (rehabilitation center, club). The article gives examples of practical implementation problems. The article does not cover the problem fully. This is a survey of theoretical and technological aspects of resolving social and educational problems after-school educational institutions. В статье представлен краткий анализ проблемы вовлечения детей и молодежи с особыми потребностями во внешкольное образование; приводятся актуальные модели и примеры практической реализации задач. |
