У статті представлено три групи методик для діагностики особливостей та детермінант розвитку організаційної культури освітніх організацій. Перша група включає методики для вивчення структурних компонентів і типів організаційної культури. До другої групи входять методики для дослідження основних детермінант розвитку організаційної культури, які належать до мезорівня (рівень організаційного розвитку; рівень творчої спрямованості робочого середовища). І третю групу складають методики для дослідження основних детермінант розвитку організаційної культури, які належать до мікрорівня (рівень розвитку «базових» лідерських якостей у керівників; ставлення до змін персоналу; толерантність персоналу; рівень творчості персоналу).
The authors present three groups of instruments to diagnose the characteristics and determinants of organizational culture of educational organizations. The first group includes the instruments to study the structural components and types of organizational culture. The second group is made up of the instruments to study the main determinants of organizational culture that belong to the meso level (levels of organization’s development and creative orientation of the work environment). And the third group is formed by the instruments to study the key determinants of organizational culture that belong to the micro level (levels of development of managers’ basic leadership qualities; personnel’s attitudes to change, tolerance, and creativity). |
