Орієнтація освіти дорослих наприкінці ХХІ століття, коли вона була вперше визнана в якості соціальної інституції, до середини 1980 рр.ХХ ст., коли вnлив глобалізації став очевидним, не зосереджена на професійній підготовці. Безсумнівно існували програми підготовки, націлені на зайнятих і безробітних громадян, але більшість з організованих заходів були спрямовані на поширення загальної освіти та розвиток особистісних і соціальних змін.
Orientation of Adult Education at the end of the XXI century, when it was first recognized as a social institution until the mid 1980 rr.HH century., When vnlyv globalization became evident, not focused on the job training. Undoubtedly there were training programs aimed at employed and unemployed, but most of the organized activities were aimed at spreading general education and personal development and social change. |
