Нині українська наука стоїть на порозі нового етапу свого розвитку. Євроінтеграційні процеси, що неминуче сприятимуть реформації всіх галузей економіки країни, безумовно торкнуться і наукової спільноти. Перш за все, вектор має бути зміщений із кількісного до якісного підходу до проведення наукових досліджень, що неодмінно має знайти своє відображення в унікальності наукової продукції (монографій, статей, тез, звітів, рукописів кваліфікаційних робіт тощо). Відомо, що більшість видавництв, з огляду на відсутність фінансування та жорстких вимог з боку держави, не здійснюють окремої перевірки рукописів, які подаються до фахових видань, на наявність плагіату, в тому числі й самоплагіату, що є надзвичайно поширеним і навіть «заохочується» з метою підвищення рейтингів та наукометричних показників, як вчених, так і наукових часописів в цілому. Тому наріжною проблемою, що нині постає перед гуманітарним сектором науки України, в тому числі і педагогічною галуззю, є впровадження практики попередньої перевірки текстів на унікальність. Однак досі немає узгодженої позиції щодо оптимального інструментарію для відстеження неправомірних «запозичень», що може бути використаний в роботі наукових установ НАПН України. Завданням нашого дослідження є аналіз програмних рішень для виявлення плагіату в наукових роботах з метою встановлення найоптимальнішого ресурсу, що задовольнятиме потребам наукових установ НАПН України та, в перспективі, може бути використаний редакціями фахових видань, що видаються на базі Академії. Today Ukrainian science is on the threshold of a new stage of development. European integration process, which will inevitably contribute to the reformation of all sectors of the economy will definitely affect and the scientific community. First, the vector must be shifted from quantitative to a qualitative approach to research, which must necessarily be reflected in the unique scientific products (books, articles, theses, reports, manuscripts, theses, etc.). We know that most publishers, given the lack of funding and stringent requirements from the state, not conduct separate verification of manuscripts submitted to the specialized issues for the plagiarism, including samoplahiatu that is extremely widespread and even "encouraged" with order to increase ratings and scientometric indicators as scientists and scientific journals in general. Because of the corner challenge that now confronts humanitarian sector Science of Ukraine, including the educational sector, is introducing the practice prior review of texts for uniqueness. However, there is still no agreed position on the optimal tools for tracking illegal "debt" that can be used in the scientific institutions NAPS Ukraine. The objective of our research is the analysis of software solutions to detect plagiarism in scientific studies to determine the most optimal resource that meets the demands of scientific institutions NAPS Ukraine and, potentially, could be used editorial boards of professional publications issued at the Academy. |
