У статті розглядається вітчизняна історія формування й розвитку національної системи моніторингу якості освіти, основні напрямки досліджень на національному та регіональному рівнях організації системи освіти. Розкрито сутність, основне призначення моніторингу якості освіти як інформаційної бази формування освітньої політики та управління освітою, охарактеризовано принцип комплексності до організації досліджень, подано зміст та структуру якості освіти як об’єкту вимірювання та оцінювання. Виокремлено та обґрунтовано основні тенденції розвитку освітньої галузі та розкрито фактори, що спричиняють визначальний вплив на становлення системи моніторингу в освіті. Визначено завдання та перспективні напрямки розвитку національної системи моніторингу якості освіти в Україні на найближчу перспективу.
The article discusses the domestic history of the formation and development of the national system of education quality monitoring, the main directions of research at national and regional levels in the organization of the education system. Disclosed the content, the main purpose of the monitoring of education quality as an information base for educational policy and education manage-ment, characterized the principle of complexity to the organization of research, submitted content and structure of the education quality as an object of meas-urement and evaluation. Selected and justified the main trend of development of the education sphere, disclosed factors that have a decisive influence on the de-velopment of a monitoring system in education. Defined tasks and prospects for development of the national system of the education quality monitoring in Ukraine in the near future. |
