У статті проаналізовано основні підходи провідних вітчизняних та зарубіжних учених щодо впливу батьків на процес професійного самовизначення старшокласників у Німеччині та Україні. Детально аналізується роль батьків на процес вибору майбутньої професії їхніми дітьми. Наголошено на важливості співпраці вчителів, профконсультантів, психологів, наставників та батьків з метою створення сприятливих умов для професійного самовизначення старшокласників.
The present article deals with the role of parents in career guidance of their children. Special attention is paid to the importance of family education and the parents` influence on the future career of young people in Ukraine and Germany. As the title implies, the article describes modern approaches in career guidance all over the world and Ukraine as well. A comparative analysis of the present-day situation in the field of vocational and career guidance is done in the present article. The role of teachers, career counselors, and parents is especially marked because the effectiveness of the career self-determination process could be positive just in case of their collaborative work. The author analyzes works of merited Ukrainian and well-known German scientist in the field of education and psychology to compare the situation in both countries. Several suggestions on supporting and improving the vocational activities in modern schools are noted. This article can be of interest to teachers, parents, students, scientists. |
