У статті представлено аналіз сучасного стану профорієнтаційної роботи, розкрито основні аспекти проблеми свідомого вибору майбутньої професії та з’ясовано актуальність застосування сучасних засобів інтернет-технологій у процесі профорієнтаційної діяльності в умовах інформатизації суспільства. Проаналізовано можливості ресурсів мережі Інтернет, які існують в українському просторі всесвітньої мережі. Визначено перспективи подальших досліджень у цьому напрямі.
An analysis of the current state of career guidance is done in this article. The main aspects of the problem of conscious choice of future profession are disclosed, the urgency of using modern means of internet-technologies in the process of career guidance activities under conditions of informatization of society is clarified. Attention is paid to the major drawbacks of the organization of vocational guidance work in educational institutions, leading to the necessity of improvement of the contents and methods of vocational guidance. The basic classifications of internet resources according to the analysis of recent research and publications on this topic are also given. The possibilities of network resources which exist in the Ukrainian space of the world network are analized. It is found out that the Internet allows solving various problems concerning the organization of vocational work: you can take career-oriented testing, get recommendations on priority occupations and assistance in determining the right choice of professional career and youth employment, study sites, which provide the description of occupations. This work underlines that the implementation of network resources in the process of vocational guidance helps to activate the interest of self-acquaintance with modern occupations, to find information about the demands and needs in staff, to determine own physiological characteristics, abilities and aptitudes to certain activities. The prospects for further research in this direction are determined. |
