Description У статті автор розкриває значущість соціально-психологічних аспектів технологій освіти дорослих. Аналізує соціально-психологічний тренінг як особливий вид ігрової діяльності, за допомогою якого імітуються реальні умови діяльності і відображується динаміка людських взаємин.
В статье автор раскрывает значимость социально-психологических аспектов технологий образования взрослых. Анализирует социально-психологический тренинг как особенный вид игровой деятельности, с помощью которого имитируются реальные условия деятельности и отображается динамика человеческих взаимоотношений.
The author uncovers the importance of social and psychological aspects of adult education technologies as actual problem of using various educational technologies both in practice of teaching and in scientific research in the area of education service. Though, the inefficient interaction in educational process leads to ineffective transfeence of knowledge, the arising of intra-group conflicts, difficulties in communication that cause difficulties in learning school courses and development personality.
The base for the choice of education technologies is, first of all, the level of the adults’ ability to study without assistance. Using the above mentioned technologies we can predict a degree of knowledge reproduction or creativity adult learners.
Educational technologies are aimed at training of problem vision, understanding the relationships, forming personal interest in activities associated with realizing personal importance of cognitive process and its results.
Therefore, interactive conversational educational technologies are getting very popular in adult education contributing in the formation of understanding the sense of proposed content and its functional significance. These technologies should be considered in the context of forming the culture of participants of educational interaction, which includes the system of acculturation programmes, acting as condition of recovering and changing social life in its entire displays, especially in: generally cultural and professional outlooks, values, norms, educational technologies, motivations to personal and development process. Though, the author of the article analyses, socio-psychological training as a special kind of role-playing due to which, real conditions of activity are imitated, and, dynamics of human relations are displayed during the process of education.
