У статті «Управлінська культура в контексті формування інформаційного суспільства в Україні» Л.Калініної та О. Пігуль висвітлено важливість розв’язання соціально значущої проблеми взаємозв’язку феноменів культури, освіти, інформації та управлінні в умовах формування інформаційного суспільства в Україні та доведено культурологічний ракурсу її розгляду з нових світоглядних позицій, складову цивілізаційного феномена управління та управлінської діяльності суб’єктів, як специфічний культурологічний феномен через різні види культур за сучасних умов розвитку освіти та демократичного, інформаційного, громадянського суспільства в Україні. Феномен культури в професійній діяльності керівника загальноосвітнього навчального закладу репрезентовано як складно організовану системою такої сукупності різних видів культур як організаційна, правова, методична, наукова, інформаційна, технологічна, загальна культура особистості, методологічна, комунікаційна, фінансова, екологічна культура та інших за полідіяльнісною видовою ознакою, що пояснюється синергійністю феномена управління, інтегративністю і детермінованістю видів діяльності суб’єктів управління. In the article “The Governmental Culture in the Context of the Formation of the Informational Society in Ukraine” by L. Kalinina and O. Pihul’, the importance of the solution of the socially significant problem of the correlation of the phenomena of culture, information, and management under the conditions of the formation of the informational society in Ukraine were demonstrated, and the culturological aspect from the point of the world outlook, the component of the civilization government phenomenon as well as the subjects’ governmental activity as a specific culturological phenomenon were proved through different kinds of cultures under the modern conditions of the development of education and the democratic, informational, and civil society in Ukraine. In the professional activity of an educational institution head, the culture phenomenon is represented as a complex organised system of such integrity of different kinds of cultures as organizational, law, methodological, scientific, informational, technological, the general culture of a personality, methodological, communicational, financial, ecological culture as well as other kinds of culture which are specified in accordance with the type feature; it is explained by the synergetic aspect of the government phenomenon, the integrity and the determination of the types of activity of the government subjects. |
