Стаття присвячена проблемам інформатизації освітнього середовища вищих навчальних закладів України на базі інноваційних технологій, зокрема хмарних обчислень. Окреслено шляхи поліпшення якості і доступності навчання, а також підвищення якості електронних освітніх ресурсів і сервісів на базі перспективних ІКТ. Встановлено, що дані питання тісно пов’язані зі специфічними науково-методичними підходами до оцінювання якості, добору і використання електронних ресурсів у хмаро орієнтованому інформаційно-освітньому середовищі.
The article is devoted to the problems of modernizing of information learning environment of higher education in Ukraine basing on innovative information and communication technologies, in particular promising technologies of cloud computing. The prospects for improving quality and availability of training and quality of electronic learning resources and services based on advanced ICT are revealed. It is found that these issues are closely related to specific scientific and methodological approaches to quality assessment, selection and use of electronic resources in the cloud oriented information and educational environment. |
