Охарактеризовано інтеграційні процеси розвитку інноваційного освітнього середовища регіону та ВНЗ. Висвітлено тенденції впровадження перспективних мережних технологій формування освітньо-наукового середовища вищих навчальних закладів. Запропоновано інноваційні моделі електронних комунікацій і компонентів розподіленого освітньо-наукового середовища регіонального навчального закладу. Визначено напрями використання хмарних сервісів для проектування компонентів середовища. Виявлено тенденції розвитку та застосування хмарних технологій для інформатизації відкритих систем вищої та професійної освіти.
The integration processes of innovative development of educational environment of the region and the university are characterized. The trends of development of emerging network technologies to support learning and research environment of higher education are highlighted. The innovative models of electronic communications and components of distributed educational research environment of the institution are offered. Directions of application and use of cloud-based services for design of the components of environment are determined. Tendencies of development and application of cloud-based information technologies for realization of open systems of higher education and vocational training are described. |
