Розглядається проблема побудови мережі ресурсних центрів дистанційної освіти для забезпечення потреб загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів. Розглянуті сучасні освітні тренди застосування Інтернет сервісів у навчанні. Визначено головні протиріччя, вирішенню яких сприяє створення мережі ресурсних центрів. Дано визначення основних термінів, які стосуються даного кола питань. Визначені основні категорії учасників, на яких зорієнтовано запровадження дистанційного навчання та створення мережі. Розглянуті основні завдання функціонування ресурсних центрів дистанційної освіти та типи забезпечення: кадрове, нормативне, інформаційне, системотехнічне тощо. Виконано огляд можливих моделей впровадження дистанційного навчання учнів загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів. Розглянуто три варіанти бізнес-моделей ресурсних центрів у залежності від джерел фінансування.
Here the problem of constructing a network of resource centers for Distance Education to meet the needs of general secondary schools is presented. Modern educational trends in the use of Internet services in education are viewed. Main contradictions, solution of which helps to create a network of resource centers, are identified. The definition of key terms related to the range of issues are given. The basic categories of participants, who implementation of e-learning and networking are oriented on. The basic tasks of distance education resource centers' functioning and types of supporting: personnel, regulatory, infoware, systematic and technical and other. The review of possible models of implementation of students' distance education is reviewed . Three options for business models of resource centers, depending on funding sources are offered. |
