Стаття присвячена аналізу результатів дослідження віртуальних предметних спільнот вченими зарубіжних країн, виділено два аспекти щодо спілкування у віртуальних спільнотах ― соціальний і технологічний, визначено її складові: стратегія, цілі, люди, програмне середовище, місце, дії та співпраця, особливості технічні та технологічні, уточнена концептуальна модель віртуальної спільноти, визначено проблему розвитку віртуальних спільнот як готовність ділитися знаннями з іншими членами і чотири види мотивації коллаборації у спільноті, визначено, що треба знати для продуктивної співпраці у спільноті
The article analyzes the results of the study of virtual communities subject scientists of other countries, emphasis on two aspects of communication in virtual communities - social and technological, to its components: strategy, goals, people, software environment, space, action and cooperation, especially technical and technological, refined conceptual model of virtual communities, defined the problem of virtual communities as a willingness to share knowledge with other members and four kinds of motivation kollaboratsiyi in the community determined that you need to know to be productive cooperation in the community |
