Одним із найважливіших елементів культури взагалі, що характеризує матеріальний і духовний розвиток суспільства, сьогодні стає інформаційна культура, що характеризує досягнутий рівень організації інформаційних процесів, ступінь задоволення потреб людей в інформаційному спілкуванні, в своєчасній, вірогідній і вичерпній інформації, що забезпечує цілісне бачення світу, передбачення наслідків прийманих рішень.
One of the most important elements of culture in general, which characterizes the material and intellectual development of society is information culture which is tightly connected to informatization i.e. creation of system of effective supply of duly, possible and exhaustive data of all socially significant kinds of human activity, conditions for the operative, and all-round analysis of researched processes and the phenomena, forecasting of their development, prediction of consequences of the taken decisions. |
