Стаття присвячена проблемі створення електронних бібліотек і їх взаємодії з науковими і навчальними закладами. Дається огляд глобальних світових проектів щодо створення електронних бібліотек. Описуються основні завдання і цілі цих проектів. Аналізуються заходи, що пропонують електронні бібліотеки світу для співпраці з науковими і навчальними закладами. Виділяються основні світові тенденції щодо використання електронних бібліотек як у наукових, так і навчальних закладах. Надаються пропозиції щодо використання форм взаємодії навчальних закладів НАПН України з електронною бібліотекою та іншими партнерськими організаціями. The article deals with the problem of electronic libraries creation and their interaction with the scientific and educational institutions. The review of global world projects on creation of electronic libraries is given. Basic tasks and aims of these projects are described there. Measures which offer the electronic libraries of the world for collaboration with scientific and educational establishments are analysed in. The basic world tendencies of the use of electronic libraries are selected in scientific and different educational establishments. The forms of using of electronic library and other partner organizations for educational establishments of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine are offered. |
