Важливість впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в системах освіти визнається практично всіма зарубіжними країнами. Процеси інформатизації, створення єдиного інформаційного простору завдяки ІКТ стають одними з пріоритетних напрямів розвитку європейських держав й України. В статті проаналізовані міжнародні нормативні документи Європейського Союзу, Великобританії, Росії, України, які формують перспективні напрями розвитку систем освіти. Визначені пріоритетні області з впровадження ІКТ, окреслені європейськими країнами, основні тенденції щодо використання ІКТ у школах Великобританії, розглянуто основні ініціативи Російської Федерації й України з цієї проблеми.
Importance of information and communication technologies introduction in education systems is admited by all foreign countries. Information processes, creation of uniform information space, using ICT, become one of priority approaches of the European states and Ukraine development. In the article the international documents of the European Union, the Great Britain, Russia, Ukraine, which form perspective approaches of education systems development are analysed. The priority areas of ICT introduction are outlined by the European countries, the basic tendencies concerning ICT use at schools of the Great Britain are defined, the basic initiatives of the Russian Federation and Ukraine on this problem are considered. |
