У статті висвітлено науково-методичні підходи до організації експертизи якост електронних засобів навчання для загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів. Розглянуто термінологічний апарат, охарактеризовано сутність основних складових та етапів проведення експертизи. Висвітлено науково-методичні засади розробки інструментарію оцінювання якості, що має ґрунтуватися на виявленні системи критеріїв та параметрів їх оцінювання. Обґрунтовано комплекс психолого- педагогічних та ергономічних вимог, які необхідно використовувати в організації експертизи якості, найбільш доцільні шляхи їх впровадження.
The article highlights the scientific and methodological approaches to quality examination of e-learning tools for general education. There are considered terms of the research, described the essence of the main components and stages of the examination. A methodology for quality estimation tools elaboration is described that should be based on identifying criteria and parameters of evaluation. Complex of psycho-pedagogical and ergonomic requirements that should be used in organizing expertise is justified and the most expedient ways of their implementation are examined. |
