Професійний розвиток вчителів може бути більш ефективним за допомогою комп’ютерних технологій, наприклад, таких як створення Інтернет-спільнот фахівців-практиків, де здійснюється постійна підтримка різноманітного віртуального навчання з забезпеченням навчання банком мультимедійних навчальних об'єктів та використанням інтерактивних інструментів Веб 2.0. З початку 2009 року в Україні впроваджується програма «Шлях до успіху» адаптована до Державних освітніх стандартів України. Комп’ютерні технології в програмі використані як засіб розвитку і формування навичок 21 століття. Підвищення ІКТ компетентності викладачів здійснюється через мережеві спільноти викладачів та залучення викладачів до дистанційних курсів.
Teacher professional development can be more efficient with the help of computer technology, such as creating online communities of educators with ongoing support of various online learning tools and usage of multimedia learning objects and interactive Web 2.0 tools. Since 2009 the Skills for Success program is implementing in Ukraine. The program was created in collaboration with the educational-governmental organizations of different countries and adapted to the Ukraine state educational standards. Technology used in the program as a means of developing and building of the 21st century skills. ICT competencies of teachers are increased through the online communities of teachers and through various of distance learning courses. |
