Розглядається історія розвитку поглядів на завдання освіти, оцінки її результативності з точки зору формування основних життєвих компетентностей. Висвітлюються погляди на проблему у різних країнах, міжнародних організаціях, описується відповідний досвід української системи освіти. Обґрунтовано необхідність формування інформаційної компетентності майбутнього вчителя в умовах застосування комп’ютерно орієнтованих засобів навчання при вивченні предметів природничо-наукового циклу в педагогічних коледжах. Наводяться прогнозні оцінки щодо розвитку методик застосування комп’ютерно орієнтованих засобів навчання.
History of development of looks is examined to the tasks of education, estimations of his effectiveness from the point of view of forming of basic vitally important competences. Looks are illuminated to the problem in different countries, international organizations, corresponding experience of the Ukrainian system of education is described. The necessity of forming of informative competence of future teacher is reasonable in the conditions of application of the computer oriented facilities of teaching at the study of objects naturally scientific cycle in pedagogical colleges. Prognosis estimations over are brought in relation to development of methods of application of computer oriented facilities of teaching. |
